Cynth L. Briseño's journey into the world of chocolate began with love—and a mission. When her husband developed an allergy to preservatives, she set out to cook everything from scratch using only the purest, freshest ingredients. That passion for wholesome, quality food blossomed into a new chapter.
At 50, she enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, where she graduated at the top of her class in pastry. Today, that same devotion fuels Everything Chocolate by Cynth—a celebration of flavor, craftsmanship, and care.

The Spark That Started It All
Twelve years of restaurant success in the hills of Southern California taught Cynth one thing: food, when made with love and creativity, brings people together. After retiring and settling into the slower rhythm of Grants Pass, OR, with her husband, she figured her culinary chapter had ended. But the spark never faded.
She kept creating for those closest to her: flavor-packed culinary food, inventive desserts, and little surprises that make people light up. The chorus of encouragement grew louder: "Cynth, you should get back in the kitchen full time!"
And so, she did. In July 2025, Everything Chocolate by Cynth was born—a handcrafted chocolate business specializing in unique flavors, fresh ingredients, and a touch of artistry in every bite, all infused with a bit of whimsy and brought to life by the company's charming mascot, Bonbon Girl. From bold, spicy combinations to elegant, decadent truffles, each creation reflects Cynth's lifelong belief that great food should make people smile.
